[/center]CONTESTS
Just backing up stuff from other sites.
Basics
There will be four sites for the contests. The levels are Normal, Super, Hyper, and Master. The locations are as follows:
Normal -- Erepo
Super -- Evito
Hyper -- Ferales
Master -- Adule
A Contest will be held on the first and third Saturday of each month. I'll post a notification in the Plot board a week before the contest. One main thread will be updated each time with a reminder of where and when the contest will happen. It is your job to get there in a 'civilized' way. No random poofing here.
Winners will be modified into the post of the contest they won.
First four will be normal contests. Next two will be Super, next two Hyper, last two Master. Repeat of the cycle.
The Grand Festival will be held in Novita, once every year. The ribbon gained here is the best and is used for bragging rights. Only those with at least one Hyper Ribbon may enter. Doesn't matter how many besides that you have. As long as you have a Hyper Ribbon, you can enter. You will win one SPECIAL egg and a decent sum of money.
No matter what kind of contest it is, if they have won the last one, they cannot participate in the next of that level. For example, if someone won the normal contest the last time, they cannot participate in that level, again, during that cycle of Contest Levels.

Contest Events - Details
Best-Dressed
This is the part of the contest where the coordinator and their Pokémon dress up in matching outfits! There are too many accessories to name, so I'm limiting it to an outfit and five accessories from the Fourth Gen games. The outfits can be made by the RPer, but the accessories need to be official. (To make it fair.)
For the accessories, each person will get the same five accessories to work with. It is up to each individual coordinator to decide how to use them. They can use all five or less than that. Remember, the accessories will be used in tandem with the outfits for both Pokémon and coordinator. The accessories will be announced in the Contest Post. (If you do NOT win, you cannot keep the accessories.)
Appeals
Like the Third Gen games, the appeals will consist of five moves. Combinations will be counted as more than one move. The stage is a regular Contest stage, and Coordinators can use the environment to their advantage. Props can be used in these appeals.
Battles
These will be very, and I mean very short battles. In the Anime, these last five minutes. The battle will last five turns. This is where the strategy and bizarre implementation of moves comes in. Say your opponent had a Razor Leaf... You could use Psychic to shoot them right back. Or Gust. Either way, these will test the participants' RPing skills as well as their battling.
Coin toss by a staffie to determine who goes first.
Judging and the Awarding Ceremony
The Judges are made of three people. The first will be the local Gym Leader of which the contest is taking place in. (YES, THAT MEANS YOU, STAFFERS.) The other two will be two random members, picked from a pool of active ones. For appeals, they'll judge according to the creativeness and RPing description skills. For Battles, they'll have to score the ingenuity of the movesets and how well the coordinators use them.
The Ceremony includes the ribbon, made by Banette and recolored by me, given to the winning coordinator. Feni shall edit their Ribbon Box with it. This ribbon will correspond to the rank they entered. Color doesn't matter as we have no categories here (they can ask me to color them). The five accessories from the contest will be given to the winner. The victor will get a sum of money here as well.
